The nose takes you into a world of maturity and voluptuousness, offering delicious notes of gingerbread, liquorice and meringue alongside aromas of delicate white fruit: vine peach, cherimoya and mandarin peel, subtly blended with light touches of almond pastry. The generous palate is built upon a chalky structure, giving it charm and precision. The finish is very long and refined with a hint of spice, reminiscent of liquorice sticks. This Champagne’s aromatic potential is just beginning to open up, suggesting a very good capacity to age.
