  • What are your opening hours?
    Our shop is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 12pm until 10pm.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver free of charge anywhere within a three-kilometre radius for orders of £70 or more. If your order is less than £70, please call us on +44 (0)20 3876 0260.
  • When can I expect delivery?
    For all orders placed by 5 pm, we offer a next-day delivery service. In some circumstances, depending on the delivery location, we may be able to deliver on the same day if you call us on +44 (0)20 3876 0260 by 2pm.
  • I have placed an order online but have not received a purchase confirmation. How do I know if my order has been accepted?
    Please check your ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folder. If you still cannot find the order confirmation, please call us on +44 (0)20 3876 0260.
  • Can I place an order online and collect it from your shop?
    Yes. When ordering online, simply select ‘Click and Collect’ from the delivery options when checking out. We aim to have your order ready for you within a maximum of ninety minutes. If you require it sooner, please call us on +44 (0)20 3876 0260.
  • Do you keep my payment card details?
    We do not store any payment card information.
  • My order is a gift. Can I include a message?
    Yes. If you are ordering online, there is an option to a add a note before you check out. You can let us know it is a gift and include a message which will be hand-written on a gift card and included with your order.
  • Do you sell gift vouchers?
    Yes. You can order these online or purchase them at our shop.
  • Do you hold wine tastings?
    Yes. We hold wine tastings and pop-up events. If you join our wine club, you will receive notifications of when the tastings and events are taking place.
